one night while i was comfortably lying on my bed
trying to figure out what I am going to do
a text message from a friend disturbed me
it was probably a group message
but it affected me personally
here's what she sent..

but i just can't seem to follow it
i'm probably too slow on the uptake or too dense for my own sake
