i wanna cry...

i wrote this poem a long time ago
it was one of the poems that I was really
proud of
I labored long and hard just to finish
that poem
and just the other night
after reading it again
after a such a long time
I put the finishing touches to it

and now
when I went looking for it
I found out my mom
threw it away
coz she thought it was trash
and why?
because I wrote it in a 1/4 piece of
paper
that due to age
has turned yellow
and looked a lot like scratch paper

i really just want to cry..
waahhhh
