magic

wands, fairies, magic dusts, flying carpets, and all those other wonderful things
the inner youth within you can think of..

but its not just about that

like everything else in this life
it has 2 faces as well

curses, witches, black cats, potions, badspells and unsightly flying brooms etc.

those things
are often mentioned in stories where they are synonymous to words such as
BAD, EVIL, DANGEROUS
the only story I can think of where they're not seen in a bad light is HARRY POTTER


its actually sad because a lot of us are blind
we only see the side of magic we want to see or those that we were accustomed to
often we refuse to look at things we are not familiar with
because they are strange, and according to social norms dictated by our society
STRANGENESS is a deviant act
it does not adhere to social norms therefore it is most probably a danger to social order

and MAGIC
IS something STRANGE
that's why we create a so-called good side(eg. fairies granting wishes, magic dusts enabling people to fly, wands used to fight evil) to magic
and shunned the other created so-called bad side (eg. lovepotions, withcraft, astrology) of magic
so we could justify our one-sided view of magic
so we could defend our favoritism
so we could make ourselves believe the TRUTH we CREATED

that magic is always good, is always for the good, will forever be good

no witches, definitely no witchcraft, no potions, no badspells
